Philips Lumileds has made this tool available as a public service to the lighting community. This tool does not have any data retention or data sharing functionality and no user registration information is required. User information is only entered for the purpose of completing the report and no user information is saved. The self certification report is produced in .pdf and must be downloaded and saved when it is presented. If the document is not saved by the user, the report will have to be run again from the beginning.
