LUXEON C

LUXEON C enables more efficient, cost effective, environmentally friendly lighting solutions for appliances, tools, and portable applications.  The small, un-encapsulated LUXEON C package gives you the design freedom and quality light you need for applications like refrigerators, freezers, and clothes dryers.

With leading lumens per dollar, 70% lumen maintenance at 20K hours and simplified thermal management, LUXEON C is the right choice for space constrained designs.  Regardless if you're designing lighting for vacuums, shop tools or torches, the high lumen output and reliability of LUXEON C will give your products a distinct look and enhance the user's experience.

LUXEON C features

  • Small form factor: 2.04 x 1.64 x 0.7 mm
  • Typical 92 lumens per watt and 95 lumens of light output at 350 mA
  • Typical forward voltage of 2.95 V
  • ANSI aligned binning CCT 5000K to 6500K
  • 70% lumen maintenance at 20,000 hours
  • Small un-encapsulated light source simplifies optic design
  • Die on ceramic construction reduces thermal management
  • Maximum junction temperature of 135°C
  • Maximum drive current 500 mA
  • Best moisture sensitivity: JEDEC Level1, unlimited floor life-no need for reconditioning
  • RoHS and REACH compliant-lead-free, reflow solder JEDEC 020c compatible
